Shipping & Payment Info
Orders typically take 1 -5 business days to ship.
- We offer 3 delivery options.
1. Standard Flat Rate (Free for orders $100+, $6 for orders less than $100) – This option is for shipping within the USA and is shipped via USPS First-Class Package Service. A tracking number is emailed once the shipment has been dropped off to the carrier.
2. Canada Flat Rate ($8.00 for orders $75+ or $15 for orders less than $75) – This option is for shipping to Canada and is shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service. A tracking number is emailed once the shipment has been dropped off to the carrier.
3. International Flat Rate (Varies by Country) – This option is for shipping to anywhere else in the world that USPS Ships to and is shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service. This option includes a random item for packaging purposes. A tracking number is emailed once the shipment has been dropped off to the carrier. Tracking is not always available once it is transferred from USPS to the main carrier in your country. Actual cost varies by country. Please e-mail stoner@buytheseed.com for a quote.
- We do not accept returns. If a package shows "Delivered" but did not make it to you, then it us up to you to work with your local Post Office to locate the package. Orders will not be replaced if this happens. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- If your order contains a *Pre-Order item, it will not ship until we have all *Pre-Order items in hand
- Payment options are Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cash App, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle. Payment instructions will be e-mailed after the order is submitted.
- All seeds are obtained from legitimate seed banks that I have ordered from for several years.
- All seeds are taken from sealed breeder packs (when applicable), and the best looking available seeds are what I sell. I do not sell seeds that I would otherwise not want to purchase/grow myself.
- Each strain is packaged and labeled individually in a small plastic vial with cotton put in the top to secure the seeds. Each shipment is packed very well and sent discreetly.
